A job posting was live from Jun. 14 until Sep. 2 on the BABC website as well as various job sites. well as various job sites. With nearly two dozen applications received, the team determined who would proceed to the interview stage. We conducted video interviews from which a few candidates moved on to a second round. To supplement the interviews, we spoke with the candidates’ references. As the process continued, the team decided to meet with Chris in person. Having the opportunity to spend time with him, we feel that God is leading us to pursue Chris to join BABC and share life with our young people.
