Join us for Saturday morning workouts and exercise this summer. 8:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. Meet in our village cafe. Come jumpstart your weekend with community, energy and accomplishment!
ALL fitness levels welcome.
Exercises include indoor and outdoor cardio and resistance training. Each week we will target the entire body while working through a variety of total body and isolated resistance movements. In addition we will challenge and strengthen our heart through cardio interval training.
It will be fun!
- Class will run through August 2nd.
- Class will not be held on Saturday, July 27.
Class is FREE. Donations welcome.
Please bring water bottle and mat or beach towel for floor work and stretching. If you have dumbells you would like to use, bring them as well!
The class will NOT convene on Saturday, July 5. Enjoy your holiday weekend!
